The law office PROLEGAL, s.r.o., having its seat at Dunajská 15/A, 811 09 Bratislava, entered in the Commercial register of the District Court of Bratislava I, Division Sro, Entry No. 36627/B (hereinafter referred to as „PROLEGAL") is the company which provides legal services in the Slovak Republic.
PROLEGAL was created by the merger of two independent law offices thus continuing in the long-term attorney practice in the field of commercial, civil, labour and penal law. As the result of the above, several attorneys and attorney's clerks came together creating a strong team of lawyers able to provide legal services in all areas of law.
The PROLEGAL is a dynamically growing law office characterized by a professional approach, flexibility and expertise.
At present, seven attorneys, attorney's clerks and administrative personnel provide complex legal services to their clients performing all types of obligation operations, transactions and operational matters, corporate issues, dealings with real estate, intellectual and industrial property rights, legal analyses and legal audits, representing the clients at proceedings in front of courts and bodies of state administration and self-administration as well as solving penal matters.
PROLEGAL provides complex legal services in the Slovak, Czech, and English languages.
In providing legal services PROLEGAL cooperates with law offices from other countries, mostly from the Czech Republic and France.
The current clients of PROLEGAL include many leading companies operating mostly in the field of commerce, services, banking, real estate, and energy.
