Bankruptcy and Composition Proceedings
The PROLEGAL in relation to the bankruptcy and composition proceedings mostly:
- ensures all the acts related to the declaration of bankruptcy over the bankrupt’s estate
- represents the client’s interests relating to the declared bankruptcy over the bankrupt’s estate
- provides the essential co-operation in relation to the receivers when ensuring the client’s interests
- provides advisory when filing the so-called incidental suits and exercise of claims against the asset in bankruptcy.
