Mgr. Martina Stretavská, Associated Attorney
Mgr. Martina Stretavská obtained the juristic education at the Faculty of Law of the University of Commenius in Bratislava where she completed the study in 1999. After graduation she worked as an independent lawyer in banking and commercial field and as an attorney's clerk in a law office. She successfully passed the attorney examination in 2003. In 2003 she was entered as the Attorney in the list of the Slovak Attorneys Chamber.
Mgr. Martina Stretavská focuses on the company law, labour law, obligation law, media and advertisement law (especially in radio broadcasting), intellectual property law (especially in patent law), law of bills of exchange, the area of protection of personal rights. She speaks English.
