Róbert Kováčik is a Slovak attorney at law and a partner of the law firm PROLEGAL, s.r.o.
Replica Rolex Replica WatchesIn 1997 Róbert began his legal career in the leading Slovak law firm Černejová & Hrbek as an assistant lawyer, continuing his association with that law firm in 2001 as an associate advocate. From 2001 to 2009 Róbert has worked as a senior legal manager of Weinhold Legal, where he gained extensive experience in international projects and multidisciplinary cooperation with professionals of Ernst & Young and other leading consulting firms. Róbert advises on general commercial, banking & finance, real estate, corporate, civil and labour law, and has developed a litigation practice. Having participated in a number of substantial mergers, acquisitions and privatisation projects in the Slovak Republic, his particular emphasis is predominantly in these areas of law.
Róbert has advised a number of leading national and international companies, including Allianz, Convoi, Covidien, Cunningham Lindsay, Daimler, Ernst & Young, Glunz & Jensen, Hella, Hirsch Gruppe, Johnson Controls, Chevron, J&T Finance, Kamax, Komerční banka Bratislava, Mercedes-Benz, National agency for development of SMEs, Opta Minerals, Orco, Postbus, Sensus, Slovenská pošta (the Slovak national post service provider), Société Générale, Škoda Auto, TI Automotive, Tokio Marine Europe Insurance, TTS Tooltechnic Systems.
Róbert graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University with a Master of Law degree. He passed his bar exams in November 2000 and he has been a member of the Slovak Bar Association since January 2001. In June 2003 Róbert obtained his Doctorate of Law degree.
For the 2007-08 year, Robert was elected judge deputy by the General Meeting of the Slovak-German Chamber of Commerce in Bratislava for the Court of Conciliation.

In addition to his native Slovak, Róbert speaks fluent English and German.
