Legal Advisory in the Field of Foreign Investments in the Slovak Republic
The PROLEGAL participated at several major projects of establishing the foreign investments in the Slovak Republic.
The legal services in the field of foreign investments focus on the following:
- advisory in the field of client’s business plan preparation and selecting the optimum model of the client’s project realisation on the territory of the Slovak Republic
- corporate matters relating to the establishment of client’s subsidiary on the territory of the Slovak Republic
- advisory with preparation and making the investment contracts
- advisory at the realisation of the client’s business plan on the territory of the Slovak Republic including mostly:
- advisory at real estates acquisition on the territory of the Slovak Republic
- advisory at arranging the required formal particulars within the client’s project realisation at local level and co-operation with the local bodies and municipalities
- analysis of the possibility of providing the state aid and providing advisory in the area of state aid
- advisory at the approval process of providing the state aid on the territory of the Slovak Republic and at the level of the European Committee
- advisory at negotiations and making of contracts with the state aid providers
- preparation of legal analysis and standpoints relating to the individual legal aspects of the client’s project realisation on the territory of the Slovak Republic.
