Mgr. Radovan Stretavský, Attorney and Partner of PROLEGAL
< The founding Attorney of the LO obtained the juristic education at the Faculty of Law of the University of Commenius in Bratislava where he completed his studies in 1997. After the initial legal practice in the commercial field and in a law office he was entered in 2002 as the attorney in the list of the hublot big bang replica Slovak Attorneys Chamber. From 2003 he worked as the Advisory of the Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of the SR. He was also a head of supervisory board of TRANSPETROL, a.s., a head of supervisory board of GovCo, a.s., a head of supervisory board of Govinvest I, s.r.o., a head of supervisory board of Govinvest II, s.r.o. and a head of supervisory board of Slovenska konsolidačná, a.s.. Currently he continues in his legal practice as the Partner of the Law Office PROLEGAL.
Mgr. Radovan Stretavský focuses on the commercial and obligation law, he is experienced in the field of privatisation, performance of shareholders rights, liquidation of state enterprises, fusions of partnerships, media, advertisement law ( especially in area of TV broadcasting and press ), intellectual property, patent, trademark rights and acquisition of real estates. He speaks English.
